Whew, Amy!!! I FINALLY felt emotionally & physically ready to do this class, & I absolutely loved it. It's my new favorite! I've never done some of the frog and arm work variations, and I've got a sweat on and feel just great right now. Thank you for honoring my request & doing this class! I'm looking forward to doing it again already! XOXO

Loved this shorter power packed class. Like many other Pilates teachers we struggle to get our own strength flow in. Love love love Wunda Chair!
