I loved the class... I have a question because I am a little confused.. Now in your video you did these exercises with neutral position.. Some other videos do the same exercises with imprinted position.. How can we know which is correct or better??
Hi Sara, this is such a great question! There may be a tutorial on Pilates Anytime that will discuss the benefits and the differences between neutral spine and imprinted spine. I find when I use an imprinted spine, I am in a slight posterior tilt which releases my low back and my hip flexors and soley focus on my powerhouse. Neutral spine works various muscle groups: TVA Multifidus etc. is beneficial to do both & know when to do them.
