Hi Jocelyn -- -first let me say that Pat Guyton is one of the most amazing teachers I've ever met!  She can see the smallest of details that make the biggest 'ah ha' moments, everyone should spend some time with this woman.! And thankfully, we can , here on PA!!!  I believe the spring load was one red spring on this Balanced Body Reformer.  :)

Amy is incredible to work with because she has continued her education.  It takes a teacher and a student to create a memorable experience.
