Love the returning to the diagonals of the back fascia in different ways during the class-- reverse knee stretches, regular knee stretches, squat at the end being the deepest! Food for thought for my own classes...thanks!
Sarah, I love this video, especially the "simple" leg movements while sitting on side of reformer. In 1 month, I am having bi-lateral knee replacement surgery and this video has been my "pre-op" workout for strengthening my quads. thank you. Anna
