That was challenging, but it felt good. I used my stretch band to help me accomplish the Teaser. That felt better than wimping out. :)

Pelvic curls make me realize how difficult it is to get into a well grounded balance, particularly when you do it on one leg only. There's always a goal ahead. Loved all the plank work, really nice variations. The hip opener was top. TY.
