Great Class. I used 5 lb arm weights and wore 5 lb leg weights. That worked well for me. I had fun and feel better. Thanks Again Meredith:)

that reverse bicycle going up and down tested my coordination and i failed but kept doing it, proud of me! thanks for the challenge meredith! i love your calm and intentional cues
