Thank you, Meredith! :) I second Sharon’s request for further work with small apparatus - loved the variations in here using the bands, magic circle and hand weights. I’m also always looking for new ideas and variations challenging balance in all its forms... :)

I love the challenge of new movements but also appreciate reconnecting to the basics that are so powerful and important to our practice. Your cueing is on point. Thank you for a great series.
I enjoyed the challenge, although it took me more than 10 days to get to the end. I have been doing Pilates since 1968, but many of the exercises were very challenging, because one tends to work on the techniques which are most comfortable and doable and others get left out.
