Just started the series yesterday, did #1 again today, the difference in the flexibility in my 66 yo feet was marked. I think I'll do each one several times each before going on to the next. I love this gently challenging workout. Thank you.
Oh my goodness, I had no idea how much I was neglecting my poor feet until I took this class! I especially felt it with all the prehensile movements. I ran a marathon over the weekend and it was fate that this challenge started with a focus on the feet, mine are definitely happier now :)
