Loved this so much!  The single arm bicep curl was my favourite.  I'm going to look for more of your classes!  Guy on paddleboard was an added bonus!
I love all your workouts, but especially this one and another 30 min one you have. It is good speed and perfect length for working people who have limited time but don’t want to skip exercise on a busy day!
We need more 30 min workouts!
