I love the prone butt kicks - single leg kick and double leg kick that felt so nice. I have a client who cannot unbend her elbow and have been trying to think of things to do with her and I can use that move. Thanks! Any other ideas?
Elizabeth D I’m not sure what you mean by "cannot unbend the elbow" and where this restriction is coming from. If your client cannot straighten her elbow I would imagine (unless there is some pathology) that any exercise with bent arms would be appropriate.
