Loved it John. Challenging, especially the Ukrainian dance in the middle (reverse cat, opposite hand to foot). Signed, a Pilates enthusiasts, with a Hungarian folk dance and ballet background... that move is HARD!!!

Thank you John for that dynamic start of my day! That's exactly what I wanted, quick rythm and nice shifts from one ex to the next without lingering. I just found that I need some bicycle work for my knees before going to squats and lunges to avoid knee pain and cracking. thank you!!!
