Thanks for this class :) There were some really great stretches and very detailed cues, as a teacher it was really interesting to see you work through the different spinal positions and challenge the side glutes. But I have to be honest, as a student doing the class there was so much time waiting around in a position or changing springs, or spending an extended time in an isometric contraction to only do a few reps, I felt like I didn't have time to work enough in the exercise we spend so much time setting up for.
I'm training for my first marathon and this is a great recovery day workout! I particularly love the side lying sequence with that delicious internal rotation where the knee presses down into the strap. So good for hip stability! Thanks!
