Hi Juan, thank you for sharing your experience in this. It's the first time I do this kind of class and I actually found it a little bit challenging to follow and my right knee was hurting a little bit in the first pattern exercises. Maybe there are some prep class to do before this, but I would have like a deeper explanation on the single pattern in terms of why we are doing it and what's the scope, because it would have helped me to understand why certain pattern were pretty easy for me and others not so much. To understand if it's because of tightness of certain muscles groups or muscles imbalances etc.. and to learn what might be good for me to do every morning for example. Thank you !
Wicked patterns for a tight rock climber and surfers body ! This is the first time doing this session, and they are nice and tricky but achievable. Despite having done a lot of other pilates this set was very challenging for me :) For a tall and big framed ( wide chest, bulky shoulders, bulky legs) bloke like me, I find it nice and challenging to find space and balance through the rotations and transitions. I got brief moments of the flow and can see that with more flexibility and proprioception it will be smooth soon ! Very different to my previous pilates. Rad
