About the Jacket Yes the jacket with ropes is not fit one for all, the bends the body proportions it catches some in a sensitive spot. Next time please try to place a pad or towel or try with lighter resistance. Thanks again for the feedback, it means a lot 🙏

Viktor, I truly love this class.  I just came in from a much needed run and decided to do a new class.  Being a modern dancer, I appreciate the precise and graceful way you move.  Your variations are inspiring and easy to layer further and deeper movement upon.  I often do a single leg short spine variation in a figure four (clients love the stretch) so it was a nice change to try it with legs crossed hugging my midline.  Keep moving, dancing, and smiling, Viktor!!!  Many thanks for taking the time to share this with us all.
