While I will never have the flexibility for a back bend, I loved this class. This is my 2nd 10 day challenge. I usually follow these challenge classes with another class because i am looking for 50+ minutes of exercise per day. I thought Carrie was super and I hope to take more of her classes. Thanks Carrie!
Thanks for the challenge Carrie. Love your energy. Finally finished this day 10 (with -2-3 days in between each). Got bad case of tennis elbow yesterday so had to modify a lot on this last day but will return to it when healed.
A lovely ending to a great 10 day work out. Thanks for pushing us Carrie - I've not done a back bend in a while but it was still there - need to work on the leg lift from the bend. Mind over matter as well as strength for that one. Do another series soon!
