Really love the broad range of the entire HEART series. I can alternate the sessions over a week and feel I've fully worked my entire body. I recently went downhill skiing after a TWENTY-FIVE YEAR hiatus. Thanks to HEART, I was not sore one bit (unlike my non-Pilates husband)! Would love to see a similar series incorporating Reformer, Chair and Cadillac.
Juliet B I also was having the same issue. I finally figured out that you need to open Pilates Anytime on a computer (not a mobile device like a phone or tablet). Then click on the class you want, e.g., Tone. Once open, scroll down to "Description" and you'll notice that in the following statement, "Tone" is in green and is a hyperlink to the Spotify playlist. "Heartbeat meets downbeat with Courtney's Spotify playlist for Tone, the perfect compliment for this upbeat, energetic class."
Once you open the playlist in Spotify, you can "heart-it" (like it) and it'll save to your Spotify account as a favorite!
Courtney, what a FUN BUT CHALLENGING CLASS. I can’t wait to check out the other four classes in the series. Loved the tempo, you kept it moving. However, I must admit I had to stop the class to get the reps in.🤦♀️
