Thank you for the Tower workout!   are you positioned during leg work with push thru bare and leg springs with your leg/hip at 90 degrees?  I am asking bc mine are more slanted.

What a wonderful class! I have had gallbladder pain lately, so flexion can be painful! More Tower classes please!
