Wow that adductor stretch! My eyes almost popped out of my head super intense slash AWeSOME!!! Also cool swan dive and never thought of doing the frog on back with the short box … always something innovative with Mariska bravo 

No cueing at all! I got nothing out of this workout!

Love this, interesting and creative, like always with Mariska. The video kept stopping, very frustrating but I persevered because body and brain were enjoying it so much. Thank you
