I really enjoyed this class by Amy your classes are always great. I'm in Australia and even though I have been doing these classes for years, can I just confirm the strings. Is red the heaviest for you, then blue then yellow? Sometimes I get a little confused, so I'd just like to confirm. Thanks!  

Giselle S thank you for taking class with me !!  The springs on this Reformer ::  Green is the heaviest, red comes next which is considered 'medium' tension, blue is light and yellow is very light.  Enjoy!
