This IN-CRED-IBLE Meredith’s class was the only class by anyone that popped up when I searched on the word “yummy”. It was yummy! I only wonder about all the corkscrew material on the neck. Just 5 days ago I happened to take a reformer class also by Meredith that bolstered my strength and diminished my pain all week. Thank you Meredith.

Catherine what lovely feedback.  Thank YOU so much.  The corkscrew isn't great for everyone but if your neck is healthy then it's SO fun.
