I'm so happy I found these classes! I've been unfit and overweight my whole life, I found pilates earlier this year and I'm mad about it. I do one of your classes almost every day and I feel amazing! You make working out so fun and no matter how hard it gets, I always get to the end of the class. Thank you Dane!
