Thank you Tracey and Maria. It's called Pilates practice for a reason. I strive for perfection in my practice and that's what keeps it interesting and keeps me curious. My two big takeaways are “ Your journey is their journey” (Tracey, talking about being yourself with your students in Building Confidence) and the discussion around “Pilates is a process,” both teaching it and doing it.
