Thank you I have a client with vertigo and I’m a new teacher. The footwork seated on the box I can’t wait to try. I haven’t bought a wedge for my home studio so great alternative!

Thank you for this wonderful class, Amy. I recently finished chemo treatments for breast cancer, so I’m rebuilding my strength. (I got my range of motion back through a lot of OT.) Functional classes like this are exactly what I need right now given my age and the fact that I need to recover. Please consider doing more of these functional classes!

Stacey S Lacey Karin P thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback from this class for me.  Yes, seated footwork can be great for those with vertigo and is a fantastic challenge for axial elongation too!  I love looking at the work from a 'functional' perspective, incorporating some fresh ideas etc.  I'm so happy this class felt good for you all!
I'm a long time Pilates instructor and practitioner.  I just had a total knee replacement in April and this class was perfect to help strengthen my leg and start to regain those balance muscles!

I'm delighted to learn these new variations that focus on proprioception, somatic awareness, patience, alignment, and strength. i felt there was a focus on joint control of the shoulders, which I need. Thank you.
