An instant favourite! I was looking for a class that brings me back to the minutiae that is at the center of a beginner's class, that reminds me of the small, detailed movements that are so important for later advanced techniques. Thank you for this fantastic class and the excellent cueing, I will come back to it many times.
Great flow ! I really appreciated your comment about roll over and option to do leg circles. I feel the exact same way ! Some days my body says NO and other days it feels great! I did do it today !

Isometric exercises are a great way to build unilateral (one side) strength, as well as target muscle imbalances, which can also lead to injury. So not only are they a great strength challenge, but a great exercise for injury prevention!
