Really loved this class I’m 19 weeks and been struggle to do my normal gym work. So this was great, except the side lying leg circles after the arm work. That was a real burner 😅
Thanks a million lovely class x your cues are so precise and you have a fabulous way of guiding the flow gently. I would love more prenatal classes please especially now with the research advising it is safe for most women to lie supine and exercise in pregnancy. It gives us so much more options on the reformer.
