Would appreciate a real intermediate challenge, please. Great flow, great exercises, but I did not manage to do a single one of the challenge days from a to z despite having done intermediate classes at least three times a week for the past five years…

Elizabeth D Any ab exercise with the straps above the knees, facing away from the foot bar really gets to my lower abdominals. Pulling knees into chest or leg lifts with the resistance is killer!! All the best!
