This is back to basics, and it will be great for my ladies who need to take it slowly to build their stamina, strength and understand the fundamentals of the basic rules or language of pilates. Absolutely loved this did it with my daughter (also a Pilates teacher) We weren’t feeling very motivated but just loved the approach & was just what we needed. I will be watching out for more by you. Loved different approaches to your cues. Thankyou Misty
loved the back to basics teaching style, but please can you tell us when to breathe in and when to breath out. There is no instructions about the breath sadly.
