Hi Amy.  This is the second time I've done this and i love this routine.   When we faced the shoulder rests and  rolled back, lifted one knee,and straightened  the leg. i found it very difficult to straighten my leg.    My back was very sore afterwards.  Not sure why?  If I  rolled back further, it seemed to help, but then i was almost at my shoulder blades?
 Thanks for all your classes.  You're an amazing teacher.
