I always love your classes Tracy! This was no exception. I'm trying to stave off a cold, but still wanted to get some movement. This class was perfect. I just used a bit heavier spring on the final movements and felt like I worked well, but gently. Thank you!
THANK YOU, Tracy. I'm having TFL issues and with modifications this workout felt great. I'm short and with the use of my platform extender on the floor for the exercises with one foot against the shoulder rest and one, on the floor, my pelvis was level and felt great in my areas of discomfort.
Titling this "high beginner " was the perfect description. The moves were basic but the workout was not light, I felt a bit of burn. I have been teaching Pilates for 18 years. It’s always good to revisit basics and I love feel the burn classes. You always deliver.
First class after being off for 4 weeks from lumpectomy and lymph node dissection. Usually take intermediate classes but was not sure I was up to it. This was a perfect first class to get back in to it!!
