I feel this was an excellent 30 minute athletic workout! I enjoyed the pace and feel it in my arms, legs and abs. Thanks for a quick Monday morning workout!

Because this class features more advanced exercises that challenge one's strength, balance, and coordination, we believe that this is a great way for seasoned Intermediate students to test their skillsets and build confidence as they progress towards our Advanced classes.
