Hola, dinámica y power class pero creo que no es para intermedios, o si lo son, es para personas que se encuentran en ese nivel y están haciendo la transición a posiciones más complejas.

Because this class features more advanced exercises that challenge one's strength, balance, and coordination, we believe that this is a great way for seasoned Intermediate students to test their skillsets and build confidence as they progress towards our Advanced classes.
