Wow that was so awesome - torture sometimes how slowly and deliberately you move! But very changing - my shoulders feel so open - I loved the standing hip hinge that was unique challenging and so accessible for a large population - I will use that move in classes thanks Ed! Zen master!
Thank you Ed! I really enjoyed this class! I liked you slowing things down, it gave me time to really feel the move and the alignment. First time I've done the standing hinge with the push though bar...that felt great! I also appreciated your guide though butterfly on the tower.
Thank you for this class! These slower and deliberate movements with familiar exercises gave me many 'aha' moments and my body is shaking after this class--a good shake! Will be coming back to this. Your cues are are so descriptive and helpful.
