Laura you are truly incredible. Your cueing and approach to Pilates is just so special. I love your classes and have strengthened my practice enormously.Â
I’ve really enjoyed this challenge. There was some debate in the earlier classes about whether they were advanced. I would say that, while possibly the moves themselves were not super advanced, the actual exercises were very strong and therefore to do them precisely and with control was definitely more advanced. That’s what makes Pilates such a joy- you get out what you put in, and if you put in a lot, you get a lot back.

You are correct - Laura is referring to 1 Red AND 1 Yellow spring on the Reformer during the Long Stretch Series. This is a slightly lighter alternative to the traditional 1 Red and 1 Blue spring combination for this series.
