Thank you Mychele that was an excellent combo of mobility and strengthening and it's always so fun to incorporate the foam roller! Thank you also for your positive spirit, it's infectious and getting my day off to a good start. :)
This is my first class with Mychele, and I loved it. I am just getting back into Pilates after a long hiatus. I found this workout to be a great strength builder that was supportive of my back, provided a lot of muscle lengthening and stretch, and got me into moves that I would not normally do by using the roller.
