What a super blast of a practice! Thank you, Laura!

Was thrilled to see a new mat class by Laura with the magic circle! The "advanced" level initially intimidated me but I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. I deeply enjoyed the flow and Laura's cueing is the best. Just modified the final teaser and everything was well. Thank you!

Another beautiful and strong work out for the "Queen of Teasers"

Great class! I really enjoyed the standing exercises. Nice balance challenge and great glute work.

So impressed you can speak so easily and calm as you do these intense moves LOL! Truly a beautiful and challenging circle class. Loved the upper body work with the circle as my core and legs were on fire. Will be coming back to this one frequently!  Thank you!!
