Second time in a few weeks that I do this class... Didn't have much time and of course, this didn't disappoint! :) Just a question Meredith: I can't physically sit with my legs straight and my back also straight, so I think it's better to bend a little bit the knees but still keep the back straight, right? Or would it be better to have the legs completely straight but a bended back? I would appreciate your input on that. Thanks!
Hi Zombina, I'm so happy you like this class! I agree with you...in a seated position a straight back is much more important to me than straight legs. So bend, or roll up your mat to elevate your pelvis, or prop yourself up on a cushion...Keep striving towards that straight back!
