Any suggestions for what to do if it freezes at 11:19 to go in workout? I loved it!

Allyson ~ I'm sorry you are having trouble with the video freezing. I recommend switching to the alternate video player and choosing a lower setting. I find Medium works best for me when I'm at home. To change the video player, go to My Account and select Video Player Option. Then you can choose "Show Options for Low, Med, and HD," and save it. I hope this helps!
