Hi Patricia, sure......this class was really in honor of "the list"....34 exercises from Joe's book Return To Life. I was taught to start standing, arms crossed, legs crossed and to sit down to the mat as gracefully as possible before doing The Hundred. That's why I started class this way. There are endless ways to begin a mat workout...this is just what I chose for this class.
Just when Amy remembered the two missing exercise, it was a perfect time to pause and do them, I really felt I needed an abdominal stretch just then. It didn't feel like Amy is in a rush, which makes it a great workout.
