LIke a Wonder Drug! I suffer from chronic back pain leftover from a motorcycle accident in my teens. Sometimes I get too focused on my work at the computer and really get my back in a pretzel. This workout unkinks it all. It is a Godsend for me. Many, many thanks!
Thank you. Drawing my attention to "moving" my ribs created a totally different experience; focusing on my breathing helped connecting my mind to the movement. Same exercises, different feeling.. Great workout. Felt really 'peaceful' after my workout.
Thank you Brent, after many hours of treating clients with sports massage my shoulders were very tight & painful in upper thoracic. Now I feel absolutely amazing, pain gone and more upright in posture. Awesome! My head is back where it should be. Thank you ;0)
