Courtney, I remembered this reformer workout from 2015 when I was recovering from partial knee replacement. I couldn't do it at the time, but had my clients do the jumping and box work. Sadly, my knee surgery was badly botched, and I had a revision to repair damage, along with a total knee replacement on 10/25/16. For the past 3 weeks, I have been doing everything in this workout except the jumping, Your single leg footwork on the board with the ball under the arch of the foot has been life changing for me. I cannot tell you how much better my leg is as a result of doing that sequence 2-3 times a day for the past 3 weeks. My physical therapist is also now a fan and wants to incorporate this into therapy for hip and knee patients. Thanks you so much. xx
Lori, thank you for your comment. It makes me so happy to hear the workout has helped in improving your strength and mobility!! It sounds to me like you are ultra committed to your recovery, and that is the most important ingredient! Hugs!
Wow this was challenging and I loved every minute of it. Especially the ball under the foot and prone with unilateral arms. Fantastic, thank you Courtney!
Thank you Courtney! I just put this at the top of my favorites . Looking forward to sharing with my clients next week. You made the jumpboard seem effortless and LOVE using the small weighted ball under feet for added challenge ! Great Way to start last weekend of summer 2017! ☀️💃💪 Victoria Fries Pilates Reforming Long Island
