Question β¦ you had a toe dip from table top (both legs table top) where you used exhale to dip and inhale to bring back up. Can you advise the reason for this please?
Asking as I was taught exhale to raise so that I am sure abs are engaged to lift up the βheavyβ leg π
I've done this workout dozens of times. When I first tried it I absolutely could not make it through - my hip flexors would scream and die during that first sequence with the ball between the knees. Now I can do the entire workout and it feels SO good. Afterwards my spine is gooey and happy and my body feels connected and grounded. I will always come back to this one. Thank you Tracy and PA!
