great class!
I’ve been committed to rolling more myself. This was so painful on my quads and IT. I will  be adding this after my spin classes. Thank you!

So I’ve been trying to roll, then stretch before I run. Should we really only do after our muscles are worked?

Hi MaryAnn M - Natalia from the Pilates Anytime Team here!

It's usually recommended to roll out the muscles after movement because when the body is warm, it optimizes the effects of rolling and is overall safer for the body than rolling "cold" or before your exercise practice.

However, stretching before movement is always encouraged to warm up and prepare the body for higher intensity exercises!

I just found this class and I must say it was a perfect complement to the spinning workout I did. Thanks for keeping your oldies but goodie’s out here, Tracey because some things don’t need improvement and a good foam roller session is one of them !
