It is a great warm up isn't it? I do these kinds of mini classes after strength training or spinning classes or after a long hike. It's both a warm up and warm down, get the blood flowing mini mat. Thanks for your comment.
Hey Linda Getting back to Pilates is good, once you've practiced it for a length time your body remembers and then craves it. I've taken mini breaks from Pilates and when I go back every cell in my body sings.
