Hi Michelle, thank you for asking. Try this - on your back, pull your knees in so you are in the ball shape as best you can , and while pulling your knees in curl your head up. You want to open up the lumbar spine and decompress the tight section of your back) then gently micro rocking to release fixed tension. This should NOT irritate and I hope will help.
