This is definitely being added to my Favorites. I feel like every part of me got a great workout. I loved all the legwork. Fantastic and challenging class.
I love doing this class when I'm feeling a bit fragile, such as after a long-haul flight. The workout gently irons out any knots and stiffness after a bad sleep or sitting in a cramped aeroplane seat for hours. Makes me feel human again, thank you!
