My (nearly) daily PA classes have definitely improved my ability to do this class. My palms remain completely flat on the mat during the entire roll over and there was hardly any of the wobbling that the teaser prep used to cause. Still not able to raise myself from prone position on mat to plank but I've gained a couple of inches of height in the right direction. Thank you again Meredith and PA.
