I love all the spinal rotation and so this is my 3rd time taking the class. I wore 5 lb leg weights which worked for me. I feel lengthened and better. I had fun. Thanks again Sarah:)

I love twists for both part of the body; for me this is very effective way of relaxing and stretching of the lower body and lats which helps releasing of my upper shoulder and neck muscles; thank you so much for this zesty class and beautiful cueing
