Beginning with Day 1 and each day after, you will unlock a new Pilates class within the challenge. The goal of a challenge is to encourage you to practice consistently while allowing you the flexibility to complete each class on your schedule. On the final day, you can bask in the glory of your huge achievement - successfully completing a challenge and adding a badge to your member profile!

What If I Miss a Day (or Several)?

Not to worry! Our challenges allow you to progress at your own pace. Ultimately, the goal is to follow along and do the challenge each day with no breaks. Sometimes, though, life gets in the way - and that’s okay! Forgive yourself and commit to reigniting your Pilates practice the following day. If you miss several days and feel lost, you may want to restart the challenge so you get the full challenge experience.

How Can I Stay Motivated?

There are few effective ways to stay motivated. First, designate a place in your home for your workout and set it up for your challenge, so it’s always there waiting for you and ready to go.
