Great class. Do you have reformer classes for people with several auto immune dieases? I have Lupus & Sjögrens etc and I need different modifications please. Thank you. 😊

While we do not have any classes specifically for those with auto immune diseases, we do have a Program called Move Within Your Range, which is home for a variety of classes made for those navigating mobility limitations or seeking safer ways to stay active.
