Amy, I love doing these older classes from years ago. We had such a great crew! This is one of my favorites, and I was working hard and dripping sweat. I miss our Thursday evenings together, but it's really awesome to revisit these classes and see how far I've come in my practice. This was great fun on a rainy Northern California Saturday! Thank you!

Aw, thank you Summer! Those were special times weren't they?! I loved our Thursday class so much and miss everyone. But look at you NOW girl.....lots of change and growth --- which is exactly what this Method is all about! For life!
