Former professional ballet dancer. Graduate of The Hartford Conservatory of Music, Hartford, Ct. A 10 year practice in New York City, The Method of Joseph Pilates when I met you husband and moved to California continuing teaching Pilates and eventually set up my present studio, NY PILATES in Brentwood ,Ca .
